Why is Donald Trump against chain migration?

Isn't he aware that's how his grandfather emigrated to the U.S., as Frederick Trump's sister had came here before him?

Chain migration is uncontrolled and needs to stop. Who ever used it in the past is not relevant. Moving forward it must change.
