At lunch the guys at the table next to me think that the lawsuit the DNC filed is just a PR stunt.

Think there is any merit to what they think?

@MistyCee I think what she meant was that, while this seems like a sketchy thing to do (in her opinion), if they let the issues go by without doing whatever they can through whatever channels are available, a pattern of bad behavior may be established as acceptable.
