They’re immediately teaching their employees how not be douchebags. I might go buy myself a coffee tomorrow..

Isn't better just to fire bad workers, then closing thousands of stores for some sensitive training bullshit.

@GunSmoke9 Havent you ever had to sit through HR directed training? I’ve been through enough sexual harassment training I could probably teach a course.

@Notmesam No I haven't. This situation with Starbucks has been overblown, the corporation overreacted.
@GunSmoke9 I’ve been in corporate America for almost 20yrs. This kind or training is pretty common. You sit through a course sign a paper and go about your day. That way when you act like an idiot, they can’t get sued...
