@bijouxbroussard Probably wishful thinking on my part , but I'm thinking there is de facto evidence of him being a part of a conspiracy to obstruct justice , i.e. to thwart Mueller's investigation. Your thoughts ?

Not that I don't think there might eventually be conspiracy charges implicating both Cohen and Hannity, but that evidence can be obtained while they're in the process of investigating more mundane stuff like election law fraud, etc, all of which could be predicate acts for the conspiracy stuff.

@RodionRomanovitch Its fun to think about Hannity, Trump and Cohen in leg irons, for a second or two, I guess, but it'd pretty much be a disaster for the country to issue an indictment for Hannity, even, much less Trump on something as vague as a conspiracy rap.
People who watch Hannity and vote for Trump [i]believe[/i] them, and in the the holy campagain against "so called judges" and corrupt swamp dwelling prosecutors and FBI agents.
