capitalism is great for a poor country that needs economic growth.
socialism is great for an already rich country to keep and distribute its wealth.
sadly all socialist countries started in war driven economy after some kind of rebellion which never worked. and all capitalist countries the rich wont give up their priviledge, you cant vote away the rich.

@RedFlower The interesting thing is that communist countries are actually less socialist than most of those we consider to be capitalist.
