It's worth noting, that while the US and France are talking tough, they both said that they want proof first, that Assad used Chemical weapons.
In the past, the European/International reports stated that BOTH the opposition and the Syrian government, used chemical weapons.
While I believe Assad is capable of doing it, I also know that the opposition is also capable of killing Syrians, and blaming Assad for it.
