Doubtful they'd give him one because it seems to go to those who agree with a certain agenda, hence Obama getting one shortly after taking office.

He pretty much deserved it that year. This post is kinda tongue in cheek at this point since it’s all so hypothetical and of course since it’s the president even if he did deserve it he might not get it out of spite. @Graylight
