@WeighedDown it would have have to have been oversized there is no way it would fit in a standard backpack unless it was broken down

@WeighedDown no he did not. Read the report. He brought the rifle in using a soft black rifle case. He had spare magazines in the backpack.
Did you not read, or do you knowingly spread this crap? An AR-15 WILL NOT fit in a back pack. Even if the upper and lower were separated, it would require something far larger than a book bag. And of course, the rifle would then need to be reassembled.
