Would things be different, if the money spent waging war against these countries, was spent on medical intervention, food, education, and women's services?

@chrisCA There would be some difference, that's why I'm calling out the current zeitgeist of this topic - but western feminists seem to think that money reserved for women's rights is better spent on eliminating sexist air conditioning, creating "gender neutral" toilets etc.
