As a nurse I advise you take some two aspirin and sit in a dark room for a few days until you feel be better. And in your darkened room you can thank GOD you were not born in a country with real problems or say in Europe during the Second World War...judging from your self-induced hysteria had you even been born in Switzerland you would never have survived it.
