I think like Clinton who was not actually the one under investigation ,
Hillery was over White Water ,He should face the independent council ,let end this for the good of the county .

When questioned by the Grand Jury he had admitted the encounter ,he may have maybe lost Hillary (I doubt it ,his infidelity was old news )but maybe he would have been fine .
But lying to the Grand Jury rises to The charge of high crimes and misdemeanors
and that covers :
allegations of misconduct peculiar to officials, such as perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty, unbecoming conduct, and refusal to obey a lawful order.
So if he is asked to cooperate and he refuses or lies .
Then on the scales of Justice ,he has been weighed in the balance and found lacking ,he is not God or a king .
Then it will be up to a vote if he is impeached ,or dealt with when he leaves office ,
But I think to unseat a sitting President would be the worst thing we can do ,
but it can also send a message no one is above the law .
It will be up to the vote in the Senate at that point ,then the vote will speak
