We've always always had guns. We never had this problem until the last 15-20 years. It's not about guns......
Depressed kids with easy access to guns is a recipe for disaster.
Kids weren't so epidemically depressed 20 or so years ago.
You started making sense so I'm going to give you credit for that.

Oh there is definitely a connection between psychotropic drugs and violence, not limited to just school shootings either. But I believe there are other contributing factors such as the devaluation of human life. If we as a society do not value human life our children will not place a value on it either. Another factor has to be the violent games and music kids listen to bt there are may factors.

Most assuredly there is a connection, imo. Among other things...Tucker Carlson made some great points on this and several other contributing factors.

You got to wall these leftist Hollywood dicks coming out and making a stance meanwhile half their movies have gun violence like crazy

The majority of mass shooters will claim to be hearing demonic voices that tell them what to do or that they're being controlled. The Florida school shooting is no exception. Call me crazy, but I don't think these shootings are caused (solely) by psychotropics.

@Invisible You are right, the US and Europe, mainly, are simply not producing replacement. In this case I was watching the news the other day when one side of the screen showed him in holding at the jail and the other side of the screen was his attorney who was talking about the poor, poor little broken CHILD. You could almost hear her say it's not his fault. Meanwhile I;m watching him and he appears to be sucking up the attention. Which sounds a lot like someone would say who wrote I want to be a professional shooter. It made me sick. I just hope the jury has some sense and doesn't fall for that crap.
