@SimplyTracie That's fine, but we currently allow them for other people and the "mentally ill" thing was said to protect the rights of people that shouldn't have been barred from the rights that others had because they weren't the kind of illnesses that made them dangerous or they were minor conditions. They said it was to keep from discriminating.
