Is this who you would want to paint your official portrait?

@JarJarBoom the article says he shows black women beheading white women. i believe there is more than one painting too.

@akindheart there are two paintings...but the article is probably written from one perspective saying it is a white woman but art is really up for interpretation. I mean the title of the painting is "Judith and Holofernes"..I would assume the beheaded person is Holofernes since thats how the story usually goes.

@akindheart ya, I don't know why he would make the head androgynous. Basically Judith beheaded Holofernes as he was planning to overtake her home but this story probably has been painted 3,000 times (I'm exaggerating)

@JarJarBoom yes that is what i read. the head is supposed to be of a general but it doesn't look that way to me. and withthe pony tail i believe it is a woman

@akindheart well, guess when you are an artist you can take whatever license you want with the story...then again...it could be a woman that is holofernes..then you go the next level of what exactly is being conveyed. Which I don't really feel like thinking right now..

@JarJarBoom but the artist said that the painting was his "take on Kill Whitey". Not much room for interpretation there.
