Is Thereasa May finished?

Rumours mount of an impending Conservative Party leadership bid.

A few months ago, the Government were forced by the EU to concede a soft Brexit deal by extension of the Irish border question. Details here:

The hard-liners in the party won't stand for this, as I predicted at the time. There is no way of reconciling the contradictions and Brexit itself is a contradiction.

She's weak on Brexit, weak on border, weak on immigration, does not like the military, sad.

As an afterthought, and I know that I should be asking our US voters the same thing, did anyone who voted for Brexit, think the thing through? How about those who planned it?

I am only making an observation. The sad at the end of your first sentence makes you sound like a Trump supporter. Not accusing or starting a fight either way, just commenting and smiling. @Northwest

What exactly is your question for US voters? I would love to answer.@Northwest

@Northwest Nobody planned it.

The leave campaign never had a plan, just a sheet of unobtainable promises. The Cameron Government (which led the remain campaign) had no contingency plan because they 'knew' they were going to win.

Like Trump, the support for Brexit is a triumph of emotional connection over reason.

Most logical explanation I have ever seen.
