Rumours mount of an impending Conservative Party leadership bid.

The hard-liners in the party won't stand for this, as I predicted at the time. There is no way of reconciling the contradictions and Brexit itself is a contradiction.

To be fair, I don't think that anyone could pull this off well. Like I said before, this would be the time to allow your opposition into power. No matter what you do, you will be screwed. From what I have read, it does sound as if her days are numbered. I don't like her, but if she is replaced with a hardliner, Britain is fucked. They seem to be incapable of understanding reality. The only redeeming part might be that people will be driven into the arms of the Labour party. Of course, after Brexit that might not matter...
