Yup, he definitely screwed up his speach but he was trying to refer to state laws wich allow late term abortions, even into the 9th month... Apparently.
He thinks it's wrong, so do i... I hate Trump but agree with this observation..
@SW-User “abortions at nine months” is unrealistic. There’s no such thing. The cut off is 20-24 weeks in some states. The majority states, abortions are illegal except for rape and medical cases. No matter the twist and turns in what he meant, it’s still crazy.
@SW-User How would [b]any[/b] woman have an abortion at 9 months ? That's a C-section where the live child is delivered, or the already dead child is removed. Those are just scare tactics from the far right.
