States where abortions are legal, depending on location, the cut off is 20-24 weeks. After the cut off, only and only when a woman needs an abortion after 20-24 weeks, it is due to medical reasons or a dead fetus is removed.

Most states, so what you’re saying is it’s okay to replace my “several states” comment by referring to what most states do and trying to ignore what several other states do. If only one state allowed abortion at any stage it would be one too many. I’m not certain but I believe it’s currently six states that allow this. Why is this topic brought up? Those who believe in protecting the life of the unborn are aware of the fact that many people want abortion on demand. If legislation is not created and corrected on a regular basis this would become a reality. We have differing view points, but taking a silly comment out of context isn’t helpful. @NaturalBeautyQueen

@GenerationX I’m saying that most states have made abortions illegal. That is why when women need abortions, they’ll drive long distances to where they are still legal. Or have illegal abortions, which is very dangerous. There used to be one state that allowed abortions later than 20-24 weeks, but it wasn’t at birth.

But there’s a ban now, which means ALL states it is legal up until 20-24 weeks. However because states have their own laws, they can determine whether or not to make abortions legal to the 20-24 week cut off or illegal.

The topic was brought up, when you said it wasn’t fake news. I brought the fact that “abortion at nine months” is not true, and fake news, if that was what he meant.

I respect people’s beliefs. I always have. If somebody tells me that abortion is wrong, I can respect their beliefs. I’ve been there, so I know what that’s like. But the lack of knowledge(not you), is unbelievable. People need to know the facts, and if they still believe that abortion is murder, that is their right. It’s not going to stop women from having them, as I explained in the beginning. But people still have the right to their beliefs.
