Shit-hole or shit house? Why are the Republican apologists for President Trump arguing that Trump said "shit house" rather than "shit-hole"? What makes one better than the other?
Besides, although I have heard "shit-hole" used as a descriptive term, I have only heard "shit house" used as a noun for an outhouse, as in "I need to hit the shit house pretty soon." When first building our home up north in Michigan, my wife and I used an outhouse for about a year as we lived in, and built, our home. So, I have used the term.
Has anyone ever heard "shit house" used as a descriptor?
