Of course Trump’s a racist. Absolutely enough of one. He’s been one back since he was helping his father avoid renting or selling property to blacks in the 1970s. Like most modern racists he knows how to say what is expected (like he is with the MLK celebrations, or when he was hosting reality shows) but now that he’s president, he can let his policies do the talking. And can say what he really thinks and means—whenever the mood to tweet hits him.
