Very close, but you forgot one important component, and that's corporatism. Fascism was invented by the Italians during World War One. Mussolini specifically defined that in a fascist state, the government is a business, it is a corporation, unlike a communist state, the government does not give resources to the people but rather sell them.

That's more of a description of an extreme fascist government. They come in many degrees and one can even have fascist elements without being pure fascist. The only thing that makes something fascist is authoritarian nationalism utilizing control over industries and especially the media to cement power. Pretty simple descriptor.
