Wouldn't an innocent person welcome a thorough investigation?

Why doesn't the GOP want the FBI and Mueller to exonerate trump? Or do they believe he's guilty of treason?

They couldn't find anything on Hillary so they investigated her again and again, but with trump/Russia they want to shut down what's in front of everybody's faces before it even gets started.

The entire GOP is actively obstructing justice to protect a traitor. Or maybe it's not trump they're protecting, it's the fear of their own exposure.

The founding fathers probably never anticipated a corrupt CONGRESS and a corrupt PRESIDENT working together!

I think they are just corrupt because they think they can use trump to get their legislative agenda rammed through. The tax cut that may go through has the support of only 29% of the country, and will raise taxes on millions, while benefiting the top wage earners and trump personally.

The founding fathers assumed that even though there may be some rogue legislators or a president without honor, there would never be the level of moral and ethical corruption that we now have in the GOP. It really is unprecedented in our history.
