yes and very 6 months that policy was waived because of the mass blood shed it would cause, so yes this was a policy change. and if you read the question you'll know what the jewish people i have spoken to do no, did not want. it's kind of self explanatory

@ladycae I'd argue the policy didn't waive. It was the act of moving the embassy that was waived due to security risks
