My politics are a little out of left field so I haven't been a fan of any of the Presidents during my life. I've been alive for Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, Obama, Trump.
Of those I'll reluctantly say I liked Obama best (least worst), and although he's only been in a year, Trump least. I think I'd like to meet Trump so I can shout at him a lot. It wouldn't do much, but I'd feel better.
