If a candidate is found to be unfit for election, such as being a felon like someone found guilty of child molestation and statutory rape would be, they can be removed from the ballot by reason of incompetence. I don't know where you got the idea that ballots are somehow engraven in the stone of the earth itself.

@TheProphet Everyone is replaceable and they had the ability to do so, they just didn't want to act on it because Republicans love pedophilia. Surprised y'all haven't suggested lowering the legal age to 12 to clear moores good name. 🙄

But on serious note, they had plenty of options they just didn't do anything because this is a gang war.
