Does talking up a big game and failing to do anything say, "Lets build some nuclear tipped ICBMs?"

I mean the US have been super comfortable pillaging South America for decades but seem to ignore actual threats like Iran, Pakistan, North Korea and arguably Russia. I do admit the US talks up a big game when dealing with these countries, obviously though: "Actions speaks louder than words," and sometimes inaction says even more.

What exactly do you expect to be done?

Nothing that's the point.

@ButterFly2023 The big kahunas of the world do their best to prevent proliferation - through a number of processes. Once someone gets nukes, well, it gets complicated.

Why Russia is in this discussion I really don't understand.

Pakistan is in a standoff with India, if you're thinking about disarmament, you'll have to tackle both - and both did it completely legally.

Iran is cooperating with the deal. And in all honesty at this point calling them a rogue state is pretty silly anyway.

North Korea is North Korea.

We've actually been more active in the middle east than Latin America - and for a long time.

It's a post WW II discussion. Who has the US engaged since then? And more importantly hasn't?
@ButterFly2023 they only engage where money is involved!
