Would it require a constitutional admendment before the United States joins the international criminal Court?

We don't need some new world order bloated far left wing technocrats decreeing their form of tyranny upon us. We don't want some social engineering left wing nit wits with an agenda anywhere near us. Yeah, that's all we need, a panel of mentally deranged brain dead soulless misfits using their power to destroy American sovereignty and our sacred US Constitution. Shove your new world order technocracy of group thought judges where the sun don't shine.

To fully implement... Yes. As it stands we are only partially involved in a cursory way. Rulings are not usually enforced.

Case in point the native Americans have petitioned regarding the pipeline nothing will come of it.

@DeWayfarer Nor should it.

@TheProphet I will leave it as a simple "I disagree". We should honor our treaties. All of them.

Amendments should be reserved for those philosophies and mandates meant to be established in perpetuity for the good of the nation and forge a path of progress, not as a policy change.

Probably, but it would be a terrible mistake for us to do that.

@TheProphet That was what the TPP was all about, handing US sovereignty over to foreign powers. Obama had it all gift wrapped with pretty bows until Trump came in and smashed it to pieces, rightly so I may add.

We finally have a President who believes in US sovereignty and is willing to protect it. People didn't die in this country for a world government. They died for liberty, individuality and our US Constitution which is sacred and inspired by God. Tell me how Jefferson and Adams both died on the same day, July 4th, coincidence? I think not.
