Franken apologized, and asked for an ethics investigation into his conduct, even though he was not a Senator at the time. Just a grown ass man, who should know that sexual harassment is not a funny topic. Never was. I think the honorable thing, would be for him to resign. He did apologize and she was doing the news circuit today, saying that she felt his apology is sincere. She said she did not want him to resign. Still, I think he should resign.
Interestingly enough, the pussy grabber in chief, tweeted twice tonight, making fun of Franken, and calling him Frankestien. I'm sure the President, given his reaction to Franken and his outrage over the picture (shocked, I tell you), will also plan on resigning.

@TexChik
because Hillary threatened her
That's a lie, and part of the problem with Juanita Broaddrick's story. The other problem with her story, is that the best thing she could come up with, for an interview with Breitbart, when she was paid by the Trump campaign, to sit close to the front, during the second Trump/Hillary debate, is that Hillary thanked her for "everything you are doing in Bill's campaign."
As to your claim that the Democrats are saying they believe Juanita now, you're just parroting what the alt-right are saying. In fact, this was an OP-ED in the NYT, but perhaps you should read the whole thing, instead of getting a sound bite:
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/11/13/opinion/juanita-broaddrick-bill-clinton.html
I believe Bill Clinton was a sexual harasser, and he should have been sued over it. I just think Juanita Broaddrick's story is full of holes, and reeks of special interest.

Not to be OVERLY snarky lol, have you seen what that woman looks like now? If there was no statute of limitations and there was a hypothetical trial she loses just on thst Im sorry to say. WJC looks so frail and kind. In today’s world where looks still matter a jury deliberates 3 minutes are electing a foreperson maybe enjoys a free lu change and WJC wins every time @Northwest

@jackjjackson I saw her at the second Presidential debate, when the Trump campaign paid her to attend. Yes, she is really overweight, and needs a cane to walk. This, however, does not mean that Bill did not try to impose himself on her, 40 years ago.
By impose himself, I mean do what WJC has always done, think of himself as a star and a powerful man, so women naturally get soaking wet, just by breathing the same he's breathing, so they naturally want him, and he's doing them a service, by trying to stick his tongue down their throats. For an example on the mentality that permits that sort of behavior, simply watch the 'grab them by the pussy" video, starring none other than our sitting President.

That is uncalled for with all due respect. While I share you disdain for Mrs Clinton, NW does not deserve to have thst name calling directed at him. Sure his politics are slightly to the left however he is often evenhanded when expressing his thoughts regarding the issues of the day. NW doesn’t need defending he is more than capable however it’s a better practice to agreeably disagree and treat others as we would prefer to be treated. @TexChik

These “powerful” people in various fields seem to do this stuff a lot. Since it isn’t as reported not sure how much goes on in the lives of ordinary citizens. I’ve seen it in my workplace with consequences dramatically affecting the wrongdoer. Even that doesn’t exactly “fix things since bells can’t be unrung. ”@Northwest

What I did, is give you a reference to the article that you inadvertently quoted from, except you did not know it was in the NYT, you did not know it was an OP-ED, and you did not that the title was not the entire article.
Perhaps you should really re-think what you're saying? I'll echo what Jack said here, not about me, but about juvenile insults. It's really juvenile, so show some self-respect.

@jackjjackson This behavior is loathsome. I hate it when it's dismissed as locker room banter. Think of it from the women's perspective. What if it was your wife, sister, girlfriend, mother....
It is simply not fair. Do unto others...

You know the woman in the pic? @Fernie
