@TallJames I don't know much about Graham. But it does look absurd, congress trying to repeal the ACA for 8 years, with over 50 votes on the issue. Finally Trump comes along and says, "Let's do it". And nothing happens, twice. He also said he had a plan that would give high quality, inexpensive healthcare to everyone, why doesn't he propose that plan? I don't think any of them have anything up their sleeve. Words without substance.
