A Democratic (or any) representative should stand for and practice the ideals and policies the exemplify the organization to which they belong and should call out any instance of wrongdoing or questionable behavior or policy. In standing up for the best of the party's ideals and demanding rigorous honesty, she was indeed acting as "one of us."
I'm not saying she doesn't have other motives or wasn't complicit, but her candor is at its best self-policing.

@RockNRollGirl I believe those two "stand for all democrats" a lot less than perhaps they do for you. obama campaigned for her and everywhere he went trump won. And of course quite a few million democrats either crossed and voted for trump or stayed home.
