He talks exactly like a drug user or a drug pusher.
He suggests the most addictive drugs on the planet only addict 25% of regular users. That's bullshit.
He claims that drug addicts, the least productive, least reliable, most risk laden people on the planet, narcotic addicts, are "owed" by the tax payer free access to lab testing to verify the purity levels of their stash!
If he's not an addict or a drug pusher he's stark raving nuts.
We could just hand out free drugs cheaper.
Then he calls people who are opposed to any kind of government action that signals that drug use is an acceptable thing stupid and ignorant.
