There should be no such thing as equality, because it is a ridiculous aim.. Men and Women are not equal, they are different. In fact all men are not equal or all women are not equal depending on the situation..

@Dodgyrog Agreed, but both sides have to be given the opportunity to exercise the ability and merit to excel. That's what's at issue.
