Why do we hear so much shit about trump when we didn't hear it about obama?

Republicans like to argue that the media only pays attention to his screw ups and not the good work he's doing.
Well...Obama was doing good work too (or at least work that some people thought was good and others didn't, same as trump) but he wasn't in the news every other day for saying or doing something stupid and\or immature and\or possibly criminal.

So is it a conspiracy by the fake news media or is trump maybe not exactly presidential material?
Or do you go a step further and say that his lack of basic social skills and ignorance of world events is a refreshing change from more measured heads of state like obama?

example. there was a huge thread on facebook about a tweet from trump. Hero's was misspelled. they said things like he hasn't make it past elementary school. They were being petty about a typo. That explains a lot of what you hear about trump

I dont like a lot of things he does but I do like a lot of other things he does. same as obama. But I try not to be petty about either one.

@capj61 I cant say there's anything trump has done at all that I like, but I completely agree that mocking him for typos is [i]utterly [/i]stupid and wilfully ignorant - like, who doesn't make typos now and then?
