I suspect that both Manafort and Flynn will be indicted. There is a focus on aides right now, because they know things that can lead higher up the food chain.
One thing that will hinder the investigation is Trump's pardoning power. Trump's pardon of Sheriff Arpaio was a message to others telling them to continue the lies on Trump's behalf, and in the end, he'll pardon you if you get caught. He'll certainly do that for himself and his family. Whether he does that for the others or abandons them to swing in the wind is an open issue.

@Strictgram I didn't like several of Clinton's later pardons. I don't recall any of Obama's that were anything like Arpaio's under trump, or a potential pardon of Flynn, Manafort, Gates, or, as is increasingly likely, Kushner or Trump Jr.
@HungJury ok, but he hasnt yet started with camps, hasnt abolished Congress, and what he hasn't fired from the justice department is still fighting within the court system. Best yet, he hasnt yet started a war to deflect attention. I know it sounds sad and it's still early, but that's where I thought it might go.
