During a natural disaster should cops shoot looters on sight
Looters are scum and having to deal with them puts cops in danger. Also while dealing with this scum cops are taken away from helping ppl

It seems really unjustified to kill somebody over stealing a TV, but I'm sure the cops have more to worry about than looters.
