When first I read the title the thought "She doesn't know?" crossed my mind.

There is an old saying in parliamentary democracy. "If you run for opposition you will win it". Hillary ran as opposition to Trump and became opposition to Trump. Of course her sordid past, her elitist attitude, her failing health and the way the democrats treated Bernie didn't help her.
