Do you think 'alt-right' is a great name?

I think it is actually. It's a superb rebranding and gives an undeserved radical chic to what should be called; "Hitler Youth Internet Dorks". 馃槤

Judging by how much it has been talked about lately, any marketing expert would say it is 馃槃

@Cierzo They are losing though. The mainstream right is moving against them.

@Burnley123 You say it as it is a good thing that the mainstream right advances

@Cierzo Its relatively good yes. Pence v Trump is the pinnacle of lesser evilism. But yes, a neo con religious fundamentalist is *better* than the dude protecting the KKK.

@Burnley123 Just to see you (not you in particular, the left) trapped in such a lesser-evilism is so wonderful that the alt-right and Trump exist

@Cierzo Its different in Europe as you know. The main opposition in Spain is led by post Marxist University Professors. Spain doesn't seem to even have a far right, maybe because it still has memories of Franco.

In the UK we have a government in crisis and a socialist led Labour Party waiting in the wings.

The US situation is screwed up but there will probably be an ugly civil war within the Republican Party between what I will generously call the 'nationalist' wing and the neo liberals.

These are issues for another day though. Today is about a united front against fascism.

@Burnley123 In Europe we can still talk politics using facts and opinions rather than labels or names. Politics are still nuanced. In America it looks like you choose one side of the trenchline and shoot.
