Her rhetoric is not policy. She has never been in a position to implement policy. She is for things or against things and changes from speech to speech. She is a worse wildcard because she cannot make good decisions. Her time as Secretary of State has proven she is an incompetent fool. Therefore your assumption of policy is moot as no one really knows which script is hers. We all know one thing for certain, she will lie to your face and twice on Sundays. Therefore any thinking person will reject Hillary.
