Does anyone really think Trump would do an okay job as president ?

I don't. I think America is screwed. We're better off with a monkey doing the job.

I'm not campaigning for or against. If you read my original comments I said good and bad about each.
If I was campaigning I would not have said both choices are bad. I would have only say good things about my candidate. I would not have said good things about the other.

I'm not afraid of trumps tariff plan. It will do little to me or Canada. We provide 10 times what we receive from the US. We have many other potential clients. I know we will benefit from new trade agreements. We have the advantage in so many ways. We have he resources the world (including the US) needs. A few of them are fresh water, energy, forestry products. We get a manufactured goods and fruit from the US. China is starting to beat you in manufacturing and south America and Mexico are a good replacement for fruits and vegetables.

I'm confident in the future of Canada in regards to trade with or with out a trump presidency.

Don't let the rethoric get in he way of facts. Both Canada and the US benefit from strong trade. Neither will be better off without the other. We are an exporter and we have other buyers. Do you have other stable suppliers?
