@bigjohndl yes but it sure would have been easier to do that way back in 1994 when NK started cheating on the deal brokered by jimmy carter. If Clinton had dine something instead of chasing every skirt he saw we probably wouldn't be having this discussion today. But he was more interested in not doing the hard work and so here we are.
