Just heard about the India-China standoff. Your thoughts?
Though war seems unlikely, I don't think they'll come to a quick resolution anytime soon either. Might be a situation in which both sides bunker in and just watch each other for a while.

All out war in this day and age is difficult for modernized nations to justify. Probably gonna be a standoff like you said. At worst probably a skirmish or two near the border that will be blamed on a jumpy c/o.
