I Write Poetry
HARD ACHE
Her presence hits you like a sucker punch, stealing your breath with nothing more than a glance.
Behind her gaze so fierce is a world of glass, cracked nearly beyond repair.
Yet when the light reflects off her eyes, the beauty all but blinds you.
She will capture your heart and wrap it in barbed wire, desperate to claim it as her own.
The pain and pleasure of knowing her will melt together into something so intense, no words will be found to describe it.
You will love her and you will hate her. She will be your wildest dream and your worst nightmare.
She will test every boundary of your existence, leaving you forever changed.
When she is gone, your mind will be desperate to forget her,
yet your heart will ache for her until it ceases to beat.
