I Write Poetry
Okay, so I've been writing again...and I know I'm not good so here it goes---
Darkness sets in as the sun sets beneath the rigid skyline, your gaze holding the last light of the stars.
The sand feels soft, inviting like a embrace of a lover and course like the biting words you used to spew to one another
Your body begins to shiver as you accept her embrace, your nerves surges. Your hair on end as the night air drapes itself across your skin.
Your body begins to tense as the water starts to take you
Your thoughts fade away as the cold fills your lungs, the pain you once felt begins to drown as you start to sink deep, deep down.
