I Write Poetry

“The Scales”

He rises to peak, a foamy white crest.
Then, cascades down to her essence.
A perfect culmination of salty and sweet.
A blush, steady hand marinates the ebb and flow

Face to Face
She kneels before him
Face to Face
He worships her, again

Her contours illuminates the battle scars.
Each birth mark, whispers of natural beauty.
Relentlessly, he crashes onto her maiden form
Before landing on her pink shores with a kiss; nice and slow

Face to Face
She kneels before him
Face to Face
He worships her, again

Many men have tried to experience, The Pearl.
Not one man could rise or plunge to her depths.
Many women have tried to capture his trident.
A tide will always rise, keeping her heart aglow.

Face to Face
She kneels before him
Face to Face
He worships her, again and again
