I Write Poetry

into my arms please come
let us take a ride you and I
together we shall travel
far and wide and oh so high
let’s truly leave this world behind

as you come into my arms
feel my body against yours
heartbeats finally to meet
baby at this point you are all mine

your eyes pool with love so deep
I can feel you leap off your feet
to my lips you yearn to kiss
and as our lips mingle to finally meet
the passion that’s been boiling
finally and most welcoming begins
to take hold

baby I love you more than
my words could ever say
you are truly wonderful
in every way
love me as I love you
let us revel and be overcome
never to to be dismayed
