I Write Poetry
Simone de Beauvoir prays to Lilith
Curse me, Mother
For I have not sinned
But I still have to ask
for forgiveness
Disown me, Mother
For I am free
And being cremated
will be the sole reason I get burned
~~~~~
So the moral of the story
is that women are not moral
Because men start wars in their name
Because hurricanes have female names
They whisper the words
womb, breasts
They pronounce witch
as if it's a cuss word
~~~~~
Kill me, Mother
For I can live
I write, I laugh, I hate
I SCREAM
Punish me, Mother
For I'm a femme fatale
But with that I mean
I'm deadly
