Cloudy days often produce rain which cleanses the soul,
Refreshing rain which aides a person in becoming whole,
Life is getting tougher for many who are attempting to make their way,
Overcoming so many obstacles each and every day,
Always chasing rainbows while storm clouds gather,
Becoming harder to prioritize the things which matter,
So just smile and fill your heart with kindness,
Release the chains which bind us,
Crying sometimes relieves the pain,
Helps one from going completely insane,
I know it’s hard to refrain from being sad, so much easier to be bad,
Keep on trying in a world gone completely mad,
Hope is the only thing which keeps one going,
Which keeps life flowing, keep your boat rowing,
It’s the good memories we can cling to and borrow,
In helping us form a better tomorrow,
Reflect and stay awhile,
