I Love Rumi

Rumi best known as the poet of love, was a persian poet who explained the most complex things in simple way. Muslims of his time were were strayed by the material world. No body wanted to listen to sermons of a priest. Rumi adopted a special technique to attract audience. He would start with a story and in that story he would explain all the complex questions and philosophies of the world. Forexample there is a story of a lion and a rabbit in his masnavi. They talk to each other and Rumi through their conversations explains the difference between destiny and the free will.
There are alot more stories in his masnavis which serves as a spiritual food for the students of tasawwuf.
