Your Soul
Your Soul is....
Beautiful, gentle as an ocean breeze
Yet with a warmth that even in the coldest night I wouldn't freeze
Calm and tranquil as a summer night
Able to soothe my wild temper if I ever got hype
Alright what can I say I'm smitten
The Love Bug is at it again I need better repellent because I've been bitten
I never thought that I would get caught
But spiritually I want to bind us like Siamese twins at the heart
Because you got mine your voice sends shivers up the spine
And all the other cliches about love one could say
But I'm smarter now, I analyze the situation
What I'm thinking is love could be merely infatuation
A decision on my part, to let my guard down
And let Cupid with the precision put the arrow through my heart; his bow is drawn now
To get next to you is my goal, and folks ask me why I say the reason is...
