I Like to Write Poems
Help Her (Watch the Light)
Tears fall like the rain
But silently, cause
free and raw feelings
We say things we may regret
just words full of thought for now,
Deliberation in each look.
Thoughtful eyes, nervous trembles
A cuteness that adds to her charm
Arms around her waist,
Hold her close, cradle her tightly
Let her cry
Smiles passed between laughter
Hands entwined for all to see
Hidden is the fear of it all
Catch her when she struggles,
Make her laugh when she frowns.
When the light leaves her face,
Bring the bubbles around.
Hold her close, to your heart
Don't let her slip by
Let her cry
Tears fall like the rain
But silently, cause
free and raw feelings
We say things we may regret
just words full of thought for now,
Deliberation in each look.
Thoughtful eyes, nervous trembles
A cuteness that adds to her charm
Arms around her waist,
Hold her close, cradle her tightly
Let her cry
Smiles passed between laughter
Hands entwined for all to see
Hidden is the fear of it all
Catch her when she struggles,
Make her laugh when she frowns.
When the light leaves her face,
Bring the bubbles around.
Hold her close, to your heart
Don't let her slip by
Let her cry
